**Job description**

Job Junction are pleased to be representing a prestigious client who now require an experienced Facilities Administrator to work from their Sheffield office.

- Hours - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Duties to include:
Assisting the Head of Group Practice Operations with the administration of Property, Facilities, Health and Safety and HR management across the group.

Building Management
- Creating a facilities maintenance schedule to capture all preventative maintenance, servicing requirements and reported repairs.
- Obtaining quotes from third party service providers and coordinating the work as directed.
- Review annual service contracts, carrying out a yearly comparison exercise to ensure we are getting the right service for the right cost and present it to management.
- Updating the Contracts database with key information and setting reminders in the diary system.

Regulatory compliance
- Ensuring fixed wiring, PAT Testing, Emergency Lighting, Fire detection and gas compliance is carried out at required intervals and recorded appropriately in the Health and Safety database.

Health and Safety (all training will be provided either internally or externally)
- Weekly site visits for H&S walkaround to ensure the work environment is safe
- Weekly fire test, check fire extinguishers and fire exits and record in fire logbook
- Monthly First Aid box checks
- Arranging and managing each office fire drill every six months
- Administration

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:

- Rotherham, South Yorkshire: Relocate before starting work (required)
