**JOB ROLE: Trade Counter Sales**

**Start date**: Immediate

**Contract**:Full-time

**Hours**: 42 hours per week (7:30 - 4:30 with 30min lunch)

**Location**: Gillingham, Kent branch

**KEY DUTIES TO INCLUDE**:

- To work the Trade counter, pick orders and assist the warehouse.
- To provide technical advice to customers.
- To manage customer collections and parking bays.
- Process sales orders and card payments.
- To assist with End of Day procedures including daily cleaning duties.

**CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE**:

- A Customer Service background or have good communication skills and be

confident, helpful and polite manner with the general public.

- An good telephone manner, dealing with calls from all over the UK.
- An ability to multi-task and work under pressure - working simultaneously between customer collections, trade counter and warehouse.
- To work as part of a small team and work independently when required.
