Due to continued growth despite current climate our client is seeking Inbound Customer Helpline Advisor to join a fast-paced financial contact centre environment.

All positions are Temp-Perm to which is a great opportunity who find themselves out of work due to current climate. We are seeking applicants from a wide range of previous industries including Hospitality/Retail/Customer Service/College or even those looking for a new challenge.
- Full time 5 days out of 7 between 8am till 8pm ( full training provided)
- weekly Pay (no targets)
- £10.00ph+

**What will I be doing?**
- Responsible for all general customer relations and queries
- Directing calls to appropriate departments both internally and externally
- You will be speaking with a vast customer base providing information on services
- Listening to customers needs and ensure delivery of excellent customer service
- You will assist customers in organising deliveries, order processing as well as back-office administration duties
