**The Role: Wealth Management Administrator**

The role offers variety and challenge, including but not limited to:

- You will be setting up the clients' annual reviews and be able to produce the review letters.
- Providing a high level of administrative support while maintaining an excellent level of customer service to clients of the Practice
- Sending out correspondence and requesting detailed information for Pension Transfer cases
- Carrying out fund switches and financial calculations for clients using specific systems and processes
- You will need to ensure that business obtained is being processed in a timely manner
- You will be responsible for managing internal CRM systems and keeping all client details up to date

**The Person**:

- This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a positive and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.
- Preferably possesses previous experience of working in a similar Administrative role, with knowledge of financial services.
- Willingness to take on responsibility and self-motivated.
- Has excellent IT and communication skills, are highly organised and can make decisions.
- Naturally technical and numerate, and able to pick up new technical programmes and processes with ease.
- Able to use own initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively prioritise, with excellent organisational skills.
- Enjoys working in an Administrative capacity in an Administrative role.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Trustworthy and loyal, seeking longevity in role.
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn.

**Additional Information**
- Salary: £22K - £27K (Guaranteed earnings)
- Bonus: Discretionary bonus opportunity based on business and personal performance in role.
- Extended Christmas break in addition to holiday entitlement (Directors Discretion)
- Role type: Full-Time Permanent
- Location: Lingfield, Surrey
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week
- Training: Full training shall be provided
- Holiday: 20 days plus bank holiday (paid holiday entitlement)
