**DSW is a family-owned and run water treatment and engineering company, based in Lingfield, Surrey. In a fast-changing industry, DSW are proud to remain 100% independent. Due to the sustained growth and expansion of the business, DSW are now looking to welcome a part time Finance and HR assistant to support the team.**
**Role and Responsibilities**:
The Finance and HR assistant will be responsible for providing assistance to our Finance Assistant and HR and Recruitment Liaison.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**Finances**:
- Invoicing
- Data input for creating financial reports for the Directors
- Adding bills to the accounts system
- Raising purchase order numbers
- Assisting with expenses management
**HR**:
- Assisting with recruitment - Job adverts, replying to applicants, arranging interview etc
- Assistance with onboarding and off boarding members of staff
- General HR & Recruitment admin
**Hours**:
- **Must be available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays**:
- Flexible hours between 8:00am - 4:00pm (15 - 22.5hours per week)
- Additional hours available to cover holidays
**Package/Benefits**:
- Salary: £13.07 per hour
- 25 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays - pro-rata
- Additional 1 day annual leave for every 2 years service up to a maximum of 28 days

You will be based in our head office in Lingfield.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.07 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 22.5 per week
