Kiren Foods is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join our team. This person will be responsible for overseeing the entire process, of manufacturing, receiving, inspecting, and distributing our products.

**Requirements**:

- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals.
- Making sure customers have enough stock to meet demand.
- Overseeing the ordering and packaging process.
- Monitoring stock levels.
- Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination.
- Monitor and motivate staff.
- Ensure orders are met to deadline and dispatched efficiently.
- Overseeing the distribution process.
- Evaluate and report on KPIs.
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
- Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
- Train and guide employees.
- Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)Previous experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar field.
- Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Negotiation skills.
- Creative problem-solving.
- A strategic and analytical mind.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

**Experience**:

- Supply chain: 3 years (preferred)
