**SALARY: £26k-£28k per annum**

**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity to join an enthusiastic team of passionate HR professionals, the role of Recruitment Officer will allow you to develop strong relationships across the collection, working collaboratively with colleagues and hiring managers to drive results for their respective departments within Galgorm Hotel.

You will be accountable for defining the talent acquisition process and practice, attracting the right skills and behaviours, developing our employer brand, and sourcing and retaining talent to further business growth.

**Overview of the Role**
- Develop and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with hiring managers across the Collection
- Engage with prospective employees and behaving as an ambassador for the Galgorm Collection
- Managing new start paperwork to include, logging information on Backstage and arranging logins for department heads
- Maintaining effective recruitment and personnel system procedures, both paper and IT-based
- Demonstrate an excellent understanding of rates & packages offered by the Galgorm Collection
- Comply with all PCI & GDPR policies and procedures

**Occasional Duties**
- To carry out any reasonable requests by Management.
- Assisting the wider HR team with administrative duties as and when needed
- Attending company in-house and external training programs when required.
- Assisting with weekly staff inductions
- To report departmental accidents if and when required.
- To adhere to and follow the company policies and procedures.

**Essential Criteria**

**Applicants must**:

- Be interested in people relations and people development.
- Be able to build and maintain strong relationships with department heads and to be seen by all as a credible person.
- Be able to demonstrate competence in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Be highly adaptive to a fast-paced role in an ever-changing environment.
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a confidential manner with attention to detail.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Have experience recruiting in the hospitality industry
- Can demonstrate an understanding of compliance and standard practices associated with recruitment
