Preferred Locums is a Pharmacy recruitment agency. We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic admin assistant to join our busy office environment.
Full training will be provided for all aspects of the job role. The job role consists of:
Confidently making and answering phone calls
Dealing with payment queries and processing invoices
Filing and organizing documentation
Using our booking system and making updates
Proficient with excel
