Key Business support officer responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the department, which includes handling telephone inquiries, maintaining filing systems, and managing correspondence.
- Manage the printing of various documents such as Tenancy Agreements and Termination Notices.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries regarding the termination of tenancies and the location of property keys.
- Perform any additional duties as required, matching the level of the position's responsibilities.

- Experience in working in a customer facing environment
- Able to collaborate with different teams within the business
