We are on the hunt for a dedicated Security Officer who can ensure the safety and security of our premises, staff, and residents. This role is not just about maintaining security; it’s about creating a safe, welcoming environment where our students and staff can thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a safe and secure environment & ensure safe access to buildings at all times
- Carrying out patrols/hazard reporting etc as requested
- Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to
- Completing all necessary reports in line with company documentation
- Access / Egress control
- Key Holding responsibilities
- Controlling and monitoring access to the carparks
- Adhering to policies and procedures at all times
- General refuse management & ensuring overall tidiness on site
- Provide a high standard of customer service
- Be polite, helpful, and diligent, with a ‘can do’ ethos
- Have a calm personality capable of controlling difficult situations.

**Requirements**:

- Essential:_
- Valid SIA Licence
- Commitment to providing first class customer service
- Good verbal and written communication
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history
- Excellent attention to detail
