**Redefine your personal best**
Stantec is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy with multiple offices throughout the UK. We have built our reputation over decades of success and take pride in turning legacy land contamination challenges into development opportunities.
Our team offers contaminated land, geotechnical and geo-hazard consultancy services. We work on a range of local and national projects and frameworks with private clients/developers on the investigation, assessment, remediation, and redevelopment of brownfield land as well as servicing internal teams for road, rail and other infrastructure and energy projects. For more information on our ground engineering projects and team, please click on the link Stantec Ground Engineering

Whilst the role will be primarily focussed on geoenvironmental assessment, we provide a multi-faceted approach to our projects and there will be opportunities to work across geoenvironmental, geotechnical, geohazards and hydrogeological aspects of our projects.
You will contribute to drafting technical reports and supporting the redevelopment of land and delivery of new infrastructure. There will also be an opportunity to support other technical teams to diversify your technical experience and facilitate your professional growth.
**About You**
- Previous experience working for an environmental / engineering consultancy or with a ground investigation contractor.
- Experience of the design, management and supervision of ground investigations using a range of site investigation techniques.
- Accurate collection and interpretation of field data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable writing clear, concise and technically robust reports.
- Be willing to work toward chartership with a relevant professional body.
- Full (preferably clean) UK driving licence.
