Short-term Finance Administrator needed in St Leonard's part time - Competitive Salary
**Your new company**
Hays Education is currently looking for a finance administrator to work in a school in St Leonards. This position is a Short-term position for the first 8 weeks of the new school year. This position is in a school with a great environment, superb Students andfantastic colleagues.
**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Financial: To take responsibility for the processing of financial transactions, purchase orders, invoicing, credit card reconciliation, BACS payments and petty cash
- Resources ordering and management: To accurately administrate and manage the school resources ordering system
- Outstanding Payment Liaison: Make contact with outstanding payment balance holders (who owe the school money) weekly by telephone and post
- Experience of running effective administrative and financial systems
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially excel, SIMS, PSF financials
