C&C Search is currently recruiting a Team EA at Venture Capital Firm, incredible benefits, flexible working and based near Oxford Circus.

**All about the role and company I would be working for**

**Position**: Team EA and EA to Founder

**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000

**Hybrid set up**:Flexible working but must be happy to be in 5 days a week

**Benefits**: Private Health and Dental care, generous discretionary bonus, unlimitted holiday, office lunches, office drinks, annual team holiday, site visits to Sweden

**What they do**: Venture Capital

**Hours**:9am - 5:30pm

**Size of company**:14 people (split between London and Sweden)

**Key responsibilities for this **insert Team EA position**:

- Travel booking and appointment scheduling for the team
- Assisting in management of key meetings and events - investor days, offsite team meetings, regular team meetings, training events, social activities etc - including audio-visual facilities
- Together with the Office Manager (based in Sweden) be responsible for preparation and filing of minutes for key meetings
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Assisting in maintaining official records for all group entities - registers, board minutes, etc
- Together with the Office Manager setting up and maintaining a compliance calendar
- Coordinate record keeping related to company's investments - contracts, share certificates, etc
- Assisting in recruitment process and onboarding of new team members
- Assist with maintenance and compliance
- Manage subscriptions centrally, e.g databases, CRM systems, etc
- Ensure premises comply with regulations, eg health and safety, insurance
- Ensure that the office environment is attractive for staff and that meeting rooms are prepared to a high standard in advance

- Minimum 4 years' experience working in a similar fast-paced role
- Ideally gained experience supporting a team within Finance/ FinTech: Investment, Private Equity, Venture Capital or Management Consultancy
- Confident with all Microsoft packages
- The ability to prioritise work accurately and to cope with peaks and troughs will be essential
- Comfortable managing multiple different time zones
