**What would I be doing day to day?**

Who am I supporting: EA to Team

Key duties:

- Complex diary management.
- International travel bookings, travel logistics and complex visas.
- Processing expenses and invoices.
- Involvement in ad-hoc projects.
- Assisting with event organisation.
- Ad hoc admin responsibilities.

**What is the company looking for?**
- Ideally you will have proven EA experience, supporting at a senior level, ideally at MD or Partner level alongside a greater team.
- Ideally you will have financial services experience within private equity, venture capital or investment banking.
- Experience within a very fast paced, demanding environment.
- A degree is preferrable, but not essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A very strong attention to detail, strong work ethic and ability to multitask.
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Great time management skills.
