Job Role - PMO Process Coordinator

Supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) the Process Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of the framework that define the processes and procedures that delivers projects, programme and portfolios and assures their outputs, outcomes and benefits.

Duties - PMO Process Coordinator
- Perform regular process compliance reviews within the programme management (PM) department ensuring that activities comply with all applicable Programme Management policies, processes and procedures.
- Formally report into the Head of PMO and IPT directors the process compliance findings and work with the project teams to achieve full compliance.
- Maintain the programme policies, processes and procedures, ensuring that the PM department is always relevant and that all reference material is current.
- Continually gather and evaluate PM policies and processes to identify best practice and adopt/implement improvements to processes as appropriate.
- Create onboarding process and refresher training (as required) to develop and maintain the necessary awareness within the PM Community to ensure the framework is embedded and supports all PM activity.
- Support and maintain APM accreditation with the programme management department.
- Support the PM and Bid Team in departmental activities if required such as project support, bid co-ordination, resource capacity loading and support in identifying solutions to internal and external blockers

Experience/Qualifications - PMO Process Coordinator
- Experience and knowledge of process compliance in a projects setting
