Recruitment Resourcer

**Purpose of the Role**
Responsible for implementing a robust recruitment and onboarding process for our new starters using skills and experience to inspire, grow and develop them to be successful stars of the future.
**Key responsibilities & Accountabilities**
**Recruitment**
- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Working with the HR Manager to develop recruitment and onboarding process.
- Assist all offices across the network with their recruitment needs.
- Coordinating with external recruitment providers.
- Design job adverts in line with the company’s recruitment policies.
- Advertising vacant roles on social media and other platforms, constantly promoting the adverts to ensure the company’s reputation and attractiveness as an excellent employment opportunity.
- Assess applicants CV, knowledge, skills and experience to best suit open positions.
- Headhunting using various platforms.
**Onboarding**
- Coordinating the onboarding process, continuing to ensure we provide a world-class onboarding experience for our people
- Remain in regular contact with our new colleagues, supporting them with their onboarding
- Issuing offers and contracts to new colleagues ensuring all details are set up on PeopleHR
- Organise new starter packs and ensure everything is ready for new employees on their first day.
**Human Resources**
- Detailed monthly KPI reporting and as required
- Supporting the HR Coordinator during busy periods and absence cover as required
- Any other tasks as reasonably requested
**Missions and Values**
Supporting and promoting the values and missions of Assent Group as part of their day-to-day work.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required**
- Ability to design and implement recruitment strategies.
- Proven track record of recruitment experience, either as an Assistant, Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Account Manager, understanding recruitment ratios, KPI’ reporting
- Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Confident in dealing with people, being able to build rapport quickly using excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven and a proactive approach to work, thrives on achieving results
- Able to use own their initiative and work unsupervised
- Adaptable and confident to be able to have difficult conversations
- Genuine passion to build a long-term career in recruitment within a supportive business
