**Job Title**: HR Assistant - Interview Support

**Salary**: £29,059

**What you’ll be doing**:

- You will be supporting the resourcing cell and within the wider team and demonstrate operational excellence through delivery of resourcing processes below:

- Interviews
- Chasing feedback
- Updating data sets
- Providing interview feedback and decisions into AMS
- Assist in delivering administrative support to Functional Lead interviewers (SME/technical interviewers), listening closely to the conversation as questions are asked and responses provided
- Required to capture clear & (as far as possible) verbatim notes during interviews and completing the interview packs to align with the Lead Interviewers decision of Offer, Talent Pool or Reject
- Complete interview packs according to the Service Level Agreement with an accompanying decision to allow for an agile interview and decision process

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential:

- Experience in resourcing administration
- Ability to listen and capture notes verbatim based on interview discussions
- Good organisational skills to allow for timely completion of interview packs
- Ability to work with and provide support to multiple stakeholders
- potentially up to 4 different people within 1 day at different seniority level
- Proficient in Microsoft excel

Desirable:

- Dictation Typing or Audio Typing
