**Job Title** Graduate Air Project Control Engineer

**Location **Warton/Samlesbury (Lancashire)

**Start Date **27th January 2025

**Salary** £34,000 & £2,000 Welcome Bonus

**What you will be doing**

You will utilise the various project control system toolsets and gain understanding of project control processes, along with a proactive and enthusiastic approach. The role requires the individual to be a confident and effective communicator with an ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders across key functions (finance, commercial, procurement, HR, engineering).

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Resource updates
- Quarterly Contract Status Review support
- Schedule status updates
- Project Management Baseline maintenance via Baseline change request database
- Monthly Earned value management Variance Reporting
- Actual headcount monitoring (weekly and monthly)
- Support maintaining governance across the Control account

**Skills**

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Business, Finance, Legal, Project Management or IT related.
