**What you will be doing**

Working in Procurement enables you to take up a variety of roles to help ensure we deliver the right products, at the right time and at the right cost to the required quality. Your role will be varied; ranging from undertaking supplier visits to a more analytical focus of developing procurement strategies.

The Procurement team is an important support function in one of the world’s most exciting defence companies. We provide world-class sourcing, contract and supplier management capability to deliver increased product or service quality, reduced total cost of ownership (TCO) and enhance operating efficiencies without compromising quality, safety, health or the environment.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Delivering value for money through planned and skilful management, typically coordinating supplier selection.
- Subsequent and appropriate management of the supply base (SRM)
- Conducting contract negotiations and placement and management of all third party requirements in relevant categories / projects.
- Develop relationships with stakeholders and maintain stakeholder maps.
- Responsible for producing key reports and presentations to those same stakeholders.

**Skills**

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in all areas of degrees will be considered.
