Our Garden Annexes provide our clients with charming and comfortble small homes, typically in the back garden of a member of their family.
You'll have in-depth, practical experience with Lawful Development Certificates and all suitable planning permission options so you can also liaise with our Customer Care and Technical Teams to ensure a successful outcome in terms of client's requirements and LPA case officer expectations.
You'll be using a variety of software to prepare and submit scaled block and site plans, and workling with our technical teams who will prepare elevations and other drawings. '
In addition you will also be preparing and presenting reports and presentations on planning proposals and offering recommendations
You'll also stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in all planning matters with excellent written and verbal communication skills for all submissions to Local Planning Authorities.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £27,000.00-£31,075.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
