Reception Administrator

**Job Title: Reception Administrator (Temp)**
**Job Overview**: The role will support the company with a range of administrative duties.
This role will be suitable for an individual who is able to use common sense, initiative, and can thrive in a fast paced business. They must have the ability to multitask, while maintaining schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in thisposition. This is a short term, temporary role, for someone who is able to start immediatley and can work full-time for the next 2-4 week's (possibly longer).
**Key Features of the role**:
- Organising, facilitating and attending management meetings and events
- Covering Reception area and meeting/greeting visitors to the office
- Passing on messages to the relevant contact
- Arranging weekly shopping orders for various Head Office departments
- Booking meeting rooms for staff meetings and visitors
**Skills and Experience Required**:
1. Must have a fundamental understanding of the core functions of business operations
2. Process orientated, organised and systematic with the ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines
3. Able to work on own initiative and with mínimal supervision
4. Confident, self-starter and flexible approach
5. A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role ideally
6. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude
7. Intermediate to advanced use of MS Office and Information Technology
8. Professional Presentation and conduct
9. Possess a keen eye for detail and high standards
10. Strong problem solving skills
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
