We have an opportunity for an **Income Administrator** to join our team in **Christchurch**, on a full-time permanent basis
This role is to provide a strong administration service for both internal and external customers. You'll support the Income team with various administration duties including managing the team inbox, actioning, or forwarding tasks where relevant, settingup direct debits for customers, processing payments and keeping systems up to date with changes to customers benefits. You'll also supportwith reporting, and various project work.
**What you'll need**
- Strong customer service skills and exceptionalorganisation
- A keen eye for detail
- Good numeracy skills
- The ability to work individually, but also as part of a wider team
- Able to prioritise your own workload effectively
