HR Recruiter opportunity available on a permanent basis working for an established company based in Penrith. This is a full-time role based at their Penrith site Monday-Friday.

The Role:

- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
- Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Networking with various institutions and social media.
- Handling of administration and record-keeping.
- Designing and implementing an effective recruiting system for the organization.
- Assist with Tier 1 & Tier 2 Visas.
- Other ad hoc duties as required.

Experience required in the role:

- Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
- Experience in Tier 1 & 2 Visa is desirable
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and databases
- Experience with sourcing techniques
- Understanding of referral programs
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
