Our client, a leading soft facilities management company specializing in catering, facilities management, and specialized cleaning services across Education, Healthcare, and Commercial sectors, seeks a seasoned HR Business Partner to provide guidance and support to the employees and management team. In this pivotal role, you will proactively support key short-term and long-term projects, enabling the business to become a ‘great place to work’. You will oversee Human Resource activity across two divisions, collaborating to deliver a robust HR function. Your responsibilities will encompass managing day-to-day operations, supporting a variety of case work, TUPE and strategic HR Projects, and providing strategic counsel to the management team. Your goal is to align HR activities with business objectives, fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture where employees can flourish.
The ideal candidate will possess a track record of success in crafting and executing HR projects for diverse and complex workforces. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation which is going from strength to strength and this role will form a key part in the company’s future success and growth.
