- Working alongside the People Business Partner, the operations team and the Brand team you will be planning ahead to ensure we are prepared for our peak recruitment periods throughout the year
- Reviewing applicants as soon as they apply, reaching out as the initial contact and organising interviews for Hiring Managers
- Manage the hiring paperwork and ensure it meets our compliance standards
- Create a brilliant first day experience for all new hires with delivery of our 'Antlers induction', ensuring every person is welcomed aboard and feels part of the family
- Reach out to local community groups to support future recruitment, championing our apprenticeship programmes and showcasing our business. You will regularly arrange and attend local recruitment fairs inside or outside our business
- Support the People Business Partner with other HR related admin duties where required
