**Conversion Machine Operator**

**Working hours will be Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm then 2pm to 10am, with possible third shift being added throughout the year, 40 hours per week.**

- Numeracy skills with the ability to understand targets, percentages and tolerances;
- A good standard of verbal and written English to be able to understand and follow instructions;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Positive with a “can do” attitude;
- Physically able to carry out manual work throughout the duration of a 8 hour shift;
- Reliable and committed, with excellent time keeping and attendance;

CPR Manufacturing is a long established recycling and extrusion facility producing LDPE, MDPE, linear and compostable films for the industrial, retail, trade, local authority and healthcare sectors. It was acquired in January 2020 to expand Cromwell Polythene’s UK manufacturing and recycling base supporting the family run business to achieve its mission to be the most resourceful company in plastics, supplying products that help make the world cleaner, greener and more economical.

Based on the Meadow Lane Industrial Estate, Alfreton, benefits include a workplace pension, health insurance, and a company bonus scheme.
