Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and confident individual to join my clients payroll team.
This role is working for a leading contract company who specialise in Umbrella and CIS payroll solutions across the UK for multiple Recruitment Agencies.
**Key Responsibility Areas**
- Assist with the Payroll team
- Collate payroll information from clients
- Input payroll data into bespoke system
- Produce invoices
- Monitor bank account and reconcile invoices and payments
- Process a daily payroll
- Release payments to clients
- Send pay information to clients
- Send RTI to HMRC
- Complete HMRC paperwork requiring payroll information
- Manage the expense process
- Deal with any client queries that arise
**Requirements**:
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent organisation skills
- 2 Years Payroll knowledge and experience in a similar role
- Ability using bespoke payroll software - Octopaye knowledge would be an advantage
