**Launchpad Content Producer - (Inside IR35)**

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) priorities include improving public safety and reducing reoffending by reforming prisons, probation and youth justice, and building a justice system which makes access to justice swifter and more certain for all citizens whatever their background. Project professionals in the MoJ help to improve the government’s ability to protect the public and reduce reoffending, and to provide a more effective, transparent and responsive criminal justice system for victims and the public.

**As a Launchpad Content Producer your main responsibilities would be**:
Your role will be to create a range of content which can be used in all prisons with Launchpad. You will be supporting central HMPPS teams by making content specifically for this channel that helps them with their campaigns or policy changes. You will also create bespoke content that reflects national awareness days such as Black History Month, Suicide Awareness Month or religious festivals.

As part of an ambitious and dynamic communications team working at the heart of the justice system, you will be a key player in helping the wider team to deliver on our priorities.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, balancing competing demands, and delivering challenging objectives.

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- **MUST BE SC CLEARED**:

- Design and produce creative content including: videography, photography, animation and graphic design for Launchpad
- Working closely with the central HMPPS content production team to ensure that we have the right photographs and videography to support content for Launchpad
- Create and maintain editorial standards document that local communications officers can use when producing local content
- Work with the central HMPPS Content Production Team to ensure that editorial standards for Launchpad are reflected in any central document
- Providing advice on locally produced content to ensure it meets editorial standards

Supporting on specific training needs for local communications officers such as basic graphic design or photography
- Advising the Agency on the best product for their messaging, including accessibility advice and support
- Evaluation of each product and sharing insight and evaluation with the wider HMPPS Communications team and those commissioning work
- Working closely with the Prisons Account Manager and others to understand and meet the needs of the audience
