**Our TA Opportunity**

You will liaise with the Business regarding applicants: feedback, selection, and interview process following recruitment procedures to the highest standards ensuring that all information is maintained to the highest quality.

**What are we looking for?**

With proven experience within recruitment and talent acquisition you should have an excellent understanding of the commercial impact of recruitment within a business.

Ideally you will have experience in international recruitment, and fluency in either of the following languages would be desirable - Spanish, Portuguese; Turkish - but is not essential.

With good stakeholder management skills, you will be an excellent communicator with a passionate desire to succeed and deliver excellent results.

The ability to work at pace and possession of excellent time management and organisational skills is essential for this role along with the ability to overcome obstacles and implement process improvements.

Computer skills and knowledge of the usual office software packages is essential and previous experience in using an ATS would be advantageous.
