**Talent Acquisition Partner - 3 month Fixed Term Contract**

We're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Recruitment Team. We don't take a passive recruitment approach. Instead, we're curious and take a collaborative approach with both the market and our partners. We network, do lots of direct sourcing, and get involved in group-wide projects to always improve on how we recruit.
You will see you partnering with defined teams, with an important focus on relationship management which will involve understanding the strategy to identify immediate and longer-term resourcing and skills acquisition strategy and priorities. The role, alongside the team, will then plan and achieve a broad range of projects, ensuring high quality outcomes are met throughout the hiring process.
Working in collaboration with the People & Talent Partners to ensure recruitment demands are met, you'll shape and plan solutions to source talent. You will manage around c20-30 roles at any one time through our applicant tracking system and provide market insight to your partners, ensuring a understanding of the market. You will form part of a flexible TA model / resource pool, pivoting and responding to business demands.
**What **you'll be** **doing**:
- Relationship management which will involve understanding and identifying business strategy and priorities, advising on a broad range of talent acquisition programmes such as pipelining, diversity, and workforce planning
- Deliver operational recruitment activity following our direct sourcing model
- Build close working relationships with the Employer Brand team and other TA Partners to build knowledge
- Deliver the best customer experience through high quality, well documented processes, and engagement (briefing, solutions, communication, and reporting)
- Develop a complete understanding of our goals to shape and plan long-term recruitment requirements
- Provide insight and expertise around talent sourcing, requisition management, job posting and talent pooling
- Maintain external network of talent acquisition peers to ensure understanding of market changes and service improvements
- Build knowledge of the competitor market and identify talent within the marketplace
- Use MI / reporting to develop resourcing solutions to support the business and to shape resourcing processes
- Develop and implement project work plans including preplanning items, including; scope definition, overall strategy, resource plans, financial risks, risk plans, timelines, communication plans, task lists
- Use data to lead insights and iteration in everything you do
- Work in close collaboration with the Employer Brand team to ensure DLG are positioned as an employer of choice
**What we're looking for**:
- Understand and experience with recruitment within a commercial organisation
- Experience identifying and scoping process improvements to refine recruitment procedures to ensure efficient delivery
- Knowledge in understanding the different challenges of volume recruitment, versus more senior and niche recruitment
- Experience working with multiple partners with demonstrated senior leaders - across multiple locations / disciplines
- Experience managing successful projects / support on delivering HR change projects
- Experience producing complex MI reports
