**About the role**
Duties of the Onboarding Project Consultant include the full-lifecycle delivery of BigHand solutions to global customers; this will be focused on the Documents product suite but could include any BigHand solution as the needs arises. The Onboarding Consultant will be the main point of contact for our customers during their software onboarding project, ensuring the project stays within scope and budget, while also ensuring a successful delivery of BigHand solutions, setting the customer up for future success.
**What **you’ll do**:
- Deliver software onboarding projects that enable BigHand customers to be successful in their use of BigHand software solutions.
- Effective management of a portfolio of software onboarding projects.
- Lead project teams to ensure delivery meets the agreed project scope.
- Control overall project scope and budget.
- Engage and communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) and be the customer advocate during the onboarding project.
- Use your knowledge of the BigHand solution and delivery to provide consultancy services (inc. Business Analysis, training and change management) to BigHand customers, allowing our customers to optimise the use of the solution.
**What we’re looking for***:
- Full life-cycle software project management experience (at least 2 years).
- Experience working with software/technology solutions in a client facing capacity.
- Proven experience in leading internal, client and 3rd party resources to ensure projects are delivered to the agreed scope and budget.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Experience in business process mapping.
- Demonstrable exposure to strategic change/transformation initiatives, ideally in the Legal sector.
- Strong business acumen, managing stakeholder expectations up to Board Level.
- Flexible and willing to help in other areas of the business, if required.
- Prince2 or AgilePM Practitioner desired.
