**About The Role**:
Are you passionate about marketing? Are you self-motivated, organised, and creative? If the answer is yes, then we would love you to join our marketing team.

We are looking for someone to join our exciting and fast-paced team as a Product Marketing Executive, were you will assist and support the Marketing Managers in delivery the marketing plan and strategy.

This is a vital role and a great opportunity to be part of a large marketing team with access to different resources and skill sets and you’ll need to own responsibilities and work collaboratively across various marketing functions, whilst playing a key part in establishing marketing best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, coordinate and deliver multi-channel campaigns as required.
- Work with broader marketing and sales team to monitor and evaluate sales activity within their local sales areas, sharing reports with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and adhere to campaign budgets set by the Marketing Manager and report on campaign KPIs and deliverables ensuring return on investment.
- Create marketing collateral and sales tools that support the selling process
- Attend sales and business review meetings to understand sector and business unit priorities and activities.
- Coordinate and support with product launches.
- Create compelling marketing assets that clearly articulate the value of our products.
- Support with the organisation and execution of successful industry events and exhibitions.
- Customer engagement and analysis of feedback.
- Maintain relationships with product manufacturers and suppliers.
- Ensure campaigns are compliant with content, style, logo usage, and messaging guidelines.

This role offers hybrid working arrangements - with a mix of remote and office (Birchwood Park, Warrington). Hours of work are 37.5 hours Monday - Friday.

**About You**:
The essential requirements and personal behaviours you will have include:

- Marketing experience.
- Educated to a minimum of CIM foundation qualification or similar (Desirable)
- Confident and enthusiastic showing a strong ability to learn and expand within the role.
- Must have a high standard of verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, organised and analytical individual.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and operate in a fast paced environment.
- Create a “can do” culture and buzz around all things marketing and the desire to make a considerable difference to the overall success of our marketing campaigns and activity.
