About the Opportunity

In this pivotal role within the Decommissioning & Regeneration Business Product Transformation team, you will play a crucial part in steering our organization into the future.

Your work will involve: Helping product managers and owners across our business units to tell the story and articulate the value of their products to our internal sales capability, and to our external clients.
  • C hallenging product owners and managers, and helping them, identifying opportunities for innovation, and supporting the products through the E2E product development framework to deliver tangib
  • le results and direct value to our business or our clients.
  • Helping the DD&P team share details of their success, via newsletters, social media internal websites and articles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, design, and distribute monthly internal newsletters.
  • Ensure all communications meet brand and internal/external communications policies - working with corporate comms. team as needed.
  • Gather and edit content from team members for newsletters.
  • Develop and execute internal marketing campaigns.
  • Create marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and presentations.
  • Manage internal social media platforms to increase visibility.
  • Create and schedule engaging social media posts.
  • Write and edit articles, blog posts, and other internal content.
  • Highlight success stories, project updates, and new initiatives.
  • Assist in organising and promoting internal events and webinars.
  • Provide logistical support for events.
  • Gather feedback on internal communications efforts.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to tailor messages to different audiences effectively.

Content Creation:
  • Proficiency in drafting, editing, and designing engaging content.
  • Creative thinking for developing innovative communication strategies.

Digital Literacy:
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, social media management tools).

Organisational Skills:
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Team Collaboration:
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Adaptability:
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and new technologies.
