Linda Gold Events is a events company providing services for LGBTQ+ community including Drag Shows, Pride Events and much more, so applicants working within the LGBT community now will be particularly welcomed.

The role will be based at our home offices at Whinfield House Lindal, Ulverston. The house is rather remote so a car or bike would be useful.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and accounts.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Provide feedback to management on customer service issues.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
