This role would be a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**
**General Overview**:
To implement the Hard and Soft FM PPM schedule planner across both Lancashire Schools/Blackburn Schools projects and to ensure a statutory and non-statutory compliance is achieved. Technical support on AP/CP/RP duties and ensuring regular audits are being undertaken and reports submitted to the Technical Services Manager.
**Impact**:
Responsible for scheduling all planned works on 11 Lancashire/Blackburn schools and technical support. The role is currently within the project budgetary requirements and the project.
**Complexity**:
- To schedule and implement all planned maintenance services for subcontractors across both Lancashire and Blackburn Schools
- Ensure the project remains statutory compliant
- Close out all remedial actions recommended from the service reports liaising directly with the Technical team
- Always keep all service records up to date
- Ensure high levels of communication with the client
- Assist in implementing a paperless based record keeping system for service records
- Supporting the team in scheduling internal PPMs to site teams
- Support the technical team in undertaking audits as required with the client and internal Authorising Engineers
- Support the technical team to undertake annual subcontractor reviews
- Ensure RAMS process is being followed and updated
- Carry out CP/AP/RP duties as required
- Support the technical team with procurement of long-term contracts with suppliers
- Take responsibility for the teams Contracts Register
- Manage Over-cap trackers to ensure items are being managed and invoiced effectively
- Provide technical support where applicable and requested by the technical team
- Support the management team with Out of Hours on call rota when required
- Responsible for updating the contract asset lists
- Responsible for the administration of O&M’s
**Qualifications or Required Experience**:
- Desirable experience of working in a FM environment working with subcontractors
- Desirable experience planning maintenance reactive and service works
- Provide monthly reports to the Contract Leads on statutory compliance and PPM completion
- Competent with all Microsoft Programs
- Competent reading As-Fitted drawing and O&M information to support the technical team
- Demonstrate ability to support the technical team when required
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude in delivering our services
- Outstanding organisational skills are essential for this role
- Understanding of Coupa and how to trace POs
- Driving licence desirable
