What is the Transition Administrator responsible for?

Responsible for the activities required to onboard new clients and to manage any key change activities required across the client base including but not limited to - change in third party provider, IMA/mandate change, client/fund merger, client/fund termination etc.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of the Transition Administrator?- Support the Transition Manager in all aspects of the Transitions process by:
- Carrying out specific tasks and responsibilities of events being managed by the Transition Manager- Managing and overseeing the full transition process for allocated individual events:
- Co-ordinate internal teams and external providers to deliver as required-
- Act as primary contact with client as required to understand, negotiate and challenge their requirements as appropriate, liaising with internal teams as necessary to resolve any issues-
- Monitor progress versus agreed timetable, escalating any potential slippage to relevant parties-
- Ensure effective handover to BAU-
- Ensure you are aware of, comply with and are an advocate and role model for all MC Legal, Regulatory, Governance, Risk and Compliance obligations including understanding your personal responsibilities, obligations, record keeping and behaviours all the time.

What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?- Educated to degree level desirable though not essential- Preferred 1- 3 years’ experience in Financial Services/Investment Management
