Learning and Development Administrator

Are you a recent HR Graduate, or have you just completed your Masters in HR or similar?
Are you seeking a role within HR Administration and require some valuable commercial experience?
My client, a superb international organisation now have an opening for a 12 month contract. Please note L&D experience is not essential, but great admin skills and true passion for all things HR are imperative.
The role is a hybrid one with 2 days in the office and the remainder at home
- you will report directly to the L&D Director
Role duties
- Fully supporting the L&D team with all admin support functions
- Assisting with the organisation of both UK and international courses
- Managing learning and development queries
- Timetabling of training sessions and sending invites
- Maintenance and upkeep of learning materials
- Assist with the development of work placement schemes
- Evaluating of learning programmes in order to ensure ROI
- Upkeep if individual learning plans
An interest in HR and L&D is essential
