**Additional Learning Support/ Student Support Administrator**

An incredible opportunity to for a learner support role, providing administrative support for the Student Services, specifically Additional Learning Support and Student Support functions.

This role will demand a high level of accuracy, organisation and time management particularly when co-ordinating the ALS referral process, management of appointment bookings, diaries and scheduling a variety of meetings.

Main Duties
- To provide administration support for the Additional Learning Support & Student Support Teams across all campuses.
- To provide centralised administration support for college wide Support functions in relation to Systems, Financial Claims (including Adult Funding, & HNS) and Service Level Agreements where appropriate. This will be in conjunction with other relevant departments.
- Oversee and have responsibility for the administrative duties involved with inputting data for all Education Health and Care Plans in conjunction with relevant local authorities.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of ALS data recording practices, to ensure efficient and accurate collection of data.
- Maintain accurate and secure learner ALS records in accordance with audit requirements i.e. ALS referrals, returner learner forms, EHCP/HN documentation etc.

Role Objectives
- Effectively maintain up-to date ALS records for potential and current learners, using the college Management Information Systems (MIS) and other digital documents as appropriate, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Contribute to the maintenance, tracking and submission of claim documentation relating to Adult funding and High Needs learners for ALS and the wider Student Services team, and Work Based Learning for all campuses; in conjunction with other departments; i.e. the Business Intelligence Team.
- Produce and retrieve reports for ALS and Student Support Services as required.
- Record and log expenditure relating to service level agreements, external providers and ad hoc purchases.
- Work in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure the ALS/Student Support content on the student portal is accurate.
- Raise orders, sales invoice requisitions, credit notes and process invoices in relation to ALS and Student Support Services, ensuring compliance with the college processes.
- Effectively schedule and co-ordinate appointments and meetings for all identified ALS functions.
- Minute, transcribe and distribute meeting notes, as required, including EHCP Annual Reviews.
- Co-ordinate, prepare and minute EHCP reviews in accordance with the SEN code of practice.
- Carry out the administrative duties associated with the EHCP consultation process; tracking and maintaining accurate records.
- Undertake other administrative duties associated with the role, including but not limited to; Photocopying, scanning, uploading ALS documentation to online systems, room bookings,
- Collaboration with wider ALS and Student Support Services teams, sharing good practice, contributing to quality of procedures and improve ALS functions (including delivering training on systems and processes to immediate and wider college teams as and when appropriate).
- To attend regular meetings and internal/external CPD sessions to support development, professional knowledge, skills and abilities.
