Our client is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their professional business in Exeter. Working as part of a larger tech team, you will be responsible for providing a high standard of support to internal users both on-site and remotely.

**IT Support Engineer's responsibilities include**:

- Take ownership of incidents through the full lifecycle and provide solutions as required
- Setting up and configuration of desktops and laptops
- Managing user accounts
- Installation of authorised software
- Ensuring security and upgrades are kept up to date
- Proactively improve IT systems by collating user feedback and sharing your thoughts with the wider team

**IT Support Engineer requirements include**:

- Experience of working in a 1st and/or 2nd line support role on a busy IT Service Desk
- Experience supporting Office365, Remote Desktop Services environments
- Great customer service skills
- Knowledge of Networking, Active Directory, Exchange

**Package for IT Support Engineer**:

- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

The role will require occasional travel to their other offices and as such, a full driving license is required. The position will be full-time, working shifts between the hours of 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
