As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be part of a fast-paced team taking full responsibility of a large selection of supplier accounts, ensuring invoices are paid to strict deadlines and managing the intercompany processes to global standards along with time restraints. Unlike other purchase ledger roles, this role is focused around the management and reconciliation of supplier accounts, liaising with key stakeholders to ensure they have processed their invoices within a timely manner.
This is a challenging role which would be well suited to someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys the variety of working in a large complex multi-site organisation.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Reconciliation of Supplier statements ensuring all items are fully reconciled for payment or investigated
- Preparation for weekly and monthly payment runs ensuring wherever possible, supplier invoices are paid within agreed terms
- Dealing with any ledger queries and housekeeping activities to ensure supplier accounts are well managed
- Review and process manual payment requests from operational teams in line with policy requirements
- Manage intercompany settlement process in line with Global standards ensuring accounts are reconciled monthly and net settlements are made in line with policy requirements
- Being the main point of contact for suppliers for general account queries and for operational finance teams
- Manage all allocated suppliers within agreed KPIs.
**Key requirements**:
- Experience in a fast-paced Accounts Payable environment (ideally from a multi-site organisation is desirable)
- IT literate with intermediate Excel skills (including VLOOKUP's and pivots)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good problem-solving skills
- Flexible and open to change
- Efficient and organised
- Customer service focused, with good telephone manner and communication skills
**The position will offer a salary of up to £24K with the opportunity to work remotely up to 4 days a week (Subject to Business Requirements).**
