The Governors at Westfield Community School seek to appoint a highly motivated Senior Pastoral Support Assistant.

Working with the cycle of ‘plan, do, review’ you will:

- Identify, plan, deliver and evaluate high quality interventions
- Work collaboratively with the Pastoral Manager to lead Early Help meetings.
- Work closely with families, providing support and fostering strong home-school partnerships.
- Work alongside other agencies and attend relevant meetings, advocating our pupils’ best interests.
- Collaborate with our dedicated school inclusion team to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- To work collaboratively on promoting excellent attendance, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.
- Be an exceptional role model, embodying honesty, confidentiality, and an approachable demeanour.
- Use a trauma-informed approach to behaviour management, supporting our pupil’s emotional well-being.
