Join our dedicated team as a Health and Wellbeing Administrator in Goole We are committed to fostering a culture of Health & Wellbeing across the business. We are seeking a proactive and compassionate individual to facilitate and support our efforts. You will act a central point of contact for staff, management, stakeholders and suppliers, and collaborate with colleagues in the wider Health, Safety and Environment function. It’s a great time to join us in Goole as we develop our brand new train manufacturing plant and supply chain rail village. Goole will be the heart of some key projects such as the development of New Piccadilly line tube and future main line trains.

**This is your role**
- Develop and maintain related records, information, and management system documentation.
- Become the master coordinator of important metric data. Your expertise will be vital in capturing and organising key performance indicators, empowering us to generate impactful reports that drive progress and inspire action.
- Forge powerful connections with our EHS team and a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Through outstanding administration, support the delivery of outsourced service contracts
- Adhere to established guidelines to create a safe and effective environment
- Assist the Health & Wellbeing team in creating and sharing regular and on-the-fly communications, including notices, briefings, alerts, and campaigns, to promote Health & Wellbeing initiatives.

**Your experience and qualifications so far**
- Experience of working in a Health & Wellbeing or occupational Health environment is ideal but not essential
- You'll already have experience in administrative roles where you've organised and coordinated with confidence
- You’ve been pivotal to the administrative tasks at the heart of a team
- Your previous experience means you're now proficient with IT packages to conduct and deliver a high standard of work.
- Experience managing and reporting on data in engaging and impactful ways.
