**Adecco are looking for an experience housing assistant with a valid PVG**
**Protecting Vulnerable Groups) to join our client in Dundee**

**This is a temporary role**

**Monday to Friday**

**£11.45 per hour**

To provide all aspects of a high quality, customer focused and professional housing support service to our

tenants.

Work as part of a team to provide a range of agreed support which enables tenants to maintain their

tenancy and live as fulfilling and independent a life as possible in a safe and well maintained environment.

To work as part of a team which promotes a supportive environment consistent with standards defined by

the organisations Policies and Procedures, the Scottish Health and Social Care Standards and the Scottish

Social Services Council Codes of Practice.

Hold Key Working responsibilities and be responsible for the preparation, implementation and review of

tenants support plans and risk assessments under the guidance of the Scheme and Registered Managers.

To follow all relevant Health and Safety procedures, guidance and protocols issued by or on behalf of the

organisation and to record and report concerns or issues in regard to Health and Safety using the correct

organisational reporting systems.

To ensure that the fabric and cleanliness of the scheme are maintained to a highest possible standard.

Assist with the delivery of a meals service to tenants who receive this service and provide support to them

to use it. Work with catering staff and the Scheme Manager to ensure choice and preferences can, as far as

possible be provided.

To stimulate, encourage and assist with the organisation of communal activities within the scheme and

contact between tenants and the local community.

- Good team player but also confident when working alone
- Remaining calm and making fair and rational decisions under pressure if required to do so
- Basic IT skills
