This is a temporary role for 3 months to during a probation period with the possibility to go permanent at the end of this assignment. You will be in office 3 days a week and supporting the UK with the HR function from the Shared Service site.

**Client Details**

This company is a leading waste management company based in High Wycombe and a previous client of mine. You will be working within a large UK shared services team providing support to employees across the UK.

**Description**

The Temporary HR Administrator (Hybrid Working) will be responsible for:

- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Manage the HR inbox
- Onboarding and offboarding documents for all new starters and leavers

**Profile**

The ideal HR Administrator (Hybrid Working) will have the following skills/qualities:

- Demonstrable experience within HR Administration duties
- Discrete, and able to maintain high levels of confidentiality and diplomacy
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of GDPR and how it applies to this role
- High level organisational and administrative skills, with a problem-solving attitude
- Flexible approach to workload in a busy environment, with the ability to multi task and prioritise
- Immediately Available

Desirable qualities:

- CIPD qualified
- Shared Services Experience
