H.K.Creations Ltd is an independent kitchen and wardrobe supplier working within the new build and building contractor industries. We design, supply and install our own furniture as well as working alongside some of the biggest appliance brands within our industry.

As part of the team, you will be required to grow your own sales using contacts and prospecting for new clients, a member of the design team will be allocated to produce tenders and quotes for you to enable you to concentrate on procuring new sites. In time you will also learn to project manage your own sites / clients dealing with site managers and our trades people so the ability to overcome problems, think methodically and be flexible is a must. Weekend work is not required.

Depending on experience; salary & expected commission will range from £25,000-£42,500 PA

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- As we are a small team we all work together to help achieve our goals
- Working to a realistic sales target by generating sales
- Managing your work load
- Working alongside your allocated designer to ensure tenders are accurate
- Time management
- Site and project management of your own projects
- To occasionally assist with deliveries
- To liaise with our install teams
- Ensure a ‘right first time’ approach, carrying out all tasks to the highest standards as outlined in company standard installation guide, ensuring return visits and cost of poor quality are minimised.

**WORK EXPERIENCE AND KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Must be a people person - face to face sales generation is vital
- Career experience in kitchen sales within the new build / developer market sector. References from a similar role will be required.
- Experience of working on a building site - ideal but not essential
- Full UK clean driving license.
- Must be prepared to travel to various locations to meet the demands of the business.
- Good numeracy skills and high levels of accuracy essential.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday only, no bank holiday or weekend work is required

**Experience**:

- Kitchen Sales: 2-3 years
- Contract Kitchen Sales: 1-3 years (preferred but not essential)

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£42,500.00 per year
