**About the role**

The function of the Partner Support Coordinator is to manage faults between various external suppliers and managing the relationship between them and the customer.

**What will you do?**
- Make sure communication and admin tasks are to a high level**.**:

- Deliver a high standard to customers
- Ensure ticket management standards are adhered to.
- Maintain high level of customer service.
- Manage the communication between ourselves and any partners used.
- Be responsible for customer communication throughout the lifecycle of the ticket, with a view to escalate if required.
- Manage the details of suppliers contact details throughout the systems we use.
- Work within certain shift patterns between the hours of 8am-6pm.
- Aware of SLA’s & KPI’s involved for customers.

**What are we looking for?**
- Good knowledge and experience of the Telecommunication Industry.
- Experience of working with external suppliers.
- Knowledge of logístical demands around getting parts.
- Awareness of VOIP systems/telephony.
- Strong Experience of assisting to manage a team.
- Proven track record of hitting SLA’s.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft documents I.E Word, Excel, outlook.

- A self-starter, someone who can work using their own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent Problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively prioritise
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to escalate tickets or situations when the case arise
- Ability to drive improvements to processes
