The HR Business Partnering and Operations team are looking to appoint a Senior HR Administrator / coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of the HR Operations team and wishes to develop a career within HR.

We are looking for someone who has experience of working within HR, is a confident communicator, proactive and self-motivated, but most importantly we are looking for someone who is passionate about what they do. In return you will be given the opportunity to develop and grow as a HR professional within a compassionate and inclusive team.

The is an agile role which can include a combination of home working and working in the office.

In this role you will be responsible for the provision of an efficient and effective administration service for the Head of Human Resources and HR Business Partnering Teams. We will require a self motivated and flexible approach to lead the HR Business Support team to ensure that all processes are handled in accordance with relevant Trust policies, legislation and guidance within specified timescales.

You will be responsible for improvement and development of the AskHR service as the first point of contact for colleagues and managers for HR related queries. This assists in providing operational support, advice and guidance to managers and staff on the full range of HR matters including sickness absence and local terms and conditions to managers and staff.
