**Description**:
**About the Role**:

- Managing a caseload of students often with complex needs.
- Holding virtual and in-person appointments to provide help and advice to disabled students.
- Assessing students’ needs, determining, and implementing reasonable adjustments.
- Liaising with staff across the University and external agencies to ensure the effective implementation of support for disabled students.

**About You**:

- An ability to work independently to analyse complex issues, determining creative and practical solutions to resolve situations with conflicting demands.
- A commitment to the development of quality services for disabled students and working to enable students to participate effectively and achieve their full potential.
- Understanding of the demands of a university environment regarding disabled students and demonstrable ability to make and recommend arrangements and adjustments to enable students.
- Highly motivated and well-organised.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a wide range of university staff and health professionals.
