Job description

**Main Purpose of Role**

The postholder will be directed by the OPCC SRO (Programme Manager) and Deputy SRO (Project lead) to support on all aspects of the various interventions of the Antisocial Behaviour Immediate Justice project, across all eight local authorities in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, assisting on monitoring performance and chasing lead officers for performance update reports.

This role will also provide support to the SRO and DSRO ensuring organised administration and co-ordination of the ASB Immediate Justice project functions and tasks.

**Key Skills & Experience Required**

The Person Specification sets out the full range of skills and experience, but in short, the postholder should be a good planner and organiser, able to communicate with a variety of different police and partner stakeholders in writing and verbally. Someone with previous project management experience and knowledge of working in a community safety environment especially antisocial behaviour. Able to create a performance framework, oversee and update a Project Risk Register, produce, monitor and report on a Performance Update report identifying project risks.

You should be able to manage own time and prioritise appropriately and able to work under pressure and carry a high workload.
