Our client based in the heart of Stoke on Trent is currently recruiting for an experienced and highly accurate compliance administrator to join their team.
**Job Description**:

- Ensure certification documentation is thoroughly checked and correctly loaded onto the system
- Carry out regular inspections and correct these and upload on to the database
- Monitoring the organisation's compliance and regulations and ensuring these are law-abiding
- Monitoring all mailboxes for incoming information and updates and ensuring the changes are made in an efficient and timely manner
- Liaising with suppliers and chasing replacements for unsuitable documentation
- Reviewing existing documents on a regular basis
- Will be a personable and professional team player
- Have the ability to multitask and work to strict timelines
- A keen eye for detail and being efficient when it comes to updating policies and certificates and having the ability to be aware of these and when renewals need to take place
- 12 months minimum experience of working in a compliance environment
- Experience of working in a fast-paced working environment
- Previous experience in both administration and data entry
- An IOSH qualification (desirable but not essential)
Hours: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm / 9:00 am - 6:00pm Alternated

**Salary**: £21,250 to Start then £21,750 after probation
